The third time I finally spoke to Rachel in which she advised me the delivery time would be 3hours! This was the manager of this place. I don't know how anyone can run a business when this type of treatment is happening when calling. Not to mention we attempted calling a few hours before with no answer. My advise order from Windy City. Way better and they manage a lot better.May 05, 2017
